The Hessequa Local Municipality is an area that encompasses the Western Cape Province in South Africa. - Between 17-35 years old
- Has finished their Grade 12 qualifications (please provide the relevant results)
- Not participating in any other bursary scheme.

- Valid proof of your most recent examination results or available qualifications
- Valid proof of registration in a recognized tertiary education institution
- Valid copy of your Identity Document (does not exceed more than 3 months)

- Valid salary accounts from both your parents, or guardians
- If candidates has a disability: confirmation letter of permanent disability, issued by a legitimate medical doctor.
