The Hessequa Local Municipality is an area that encompasses the Western Cape Province in South Africa. The Hessequa Local Municipality is seeking out for students who require financial assistance to continue their tertiary education studies in South Africa. - Between 17-35 years old
- Has finished their Grade 12 qualifications (please provide the relevant results)

- If candidates has a disability: confirmation letter of permanent disability, issued by a legitimate medical doctor.
