The Lesedi Mining Learnerships is a one-of-a-kind programme that is targeted specifically for TVET College students. Upon acceptance into the learnership, participants will be subject to a unique combination of theoretical assessments and practical working learning sessions that are relevant to the company&#8217;s line of work. Besides that, selected Engineering Learners are given the responsibility of handling certain artisan tasks with their respective teams. In addition, training tool boxes are provided for each learner to facilitate them even better.
